1. Do you have 24 / 7 ordering? Yes. You can order from the web-site 24/7,
2. How long does it take before you ship my order? Orders are shipped within 2 business days.
3. What kind of payments do you accept? We accept all major credit cards.
4. Will you drop ship to my customers? All products are available for drop shipping. We will drop ship to whoever you specify. Just include the address you want the item(s) shipped to in the notes section when you pay. back to top

6. Are instructions included with items?Yes installation and care instructions are included with each item.
7. How is the product shipped? All items are shipped thru the United States Postal Service.
8. Do you obtain your products from someone else? NO! All our products are manufactured by us right here in the U.S.
9. Will window art damage or be damaged by window tint or defrosters? No. Thy apply to the outside of the window and will not affect, or be
effected by window tints or factory window defrosters.
10. Will moisture affect vision? Yes. Water can collect int he small holes temporarily obscuring vision. Use a towel to dry off the window art.
11. What kinds of photograps or artwork can be used for custom graphics? Digital images from personal digital cameras will work, if they are at least 4 megapixels and your subject occupies the entire picture. The minimum digital image of scan resolution is 400 dpi @ 3.5" X 10.25". Any digital file will work well (.eps and .tiff are preferred). Jpeg or giff files will
not print as well as other file types.
12. Can you reproduce professional sports teams, vehicle manufacturers,
logos, public characters, etc...? In some instances. Email for more information.
13. Can you create custom graphics? Yes. There will be a set-up cost. Price will vary depending on if we design
the graphic or you supply the art work. Email us if you have any further
